In 1992 I started my company, Paragon Publications, as a technical documentation resource for the manufacturing community.

By 1994 I was designing websites.

Late in 1998 I built my first Miva Merchant version 1.X storefront. The uncompiled version of Miva was more flexible and customizable than any of the standalone eCommerce applications available at the time. I guess I did a real good job on that store because it earned me the nickname, the "MivaDiva".

As Miva Merchant evolved, I continued building eCommerce storefronts using primarily Miva Merchant. It is the only storefront application that I use today. It’s reliable, flexible, user friendly and secure.
